Browser checks and results

Browser inspection happens locally in your browser. We do not intentionally upload scan results, generate a browser fingerprint ID or keep scan history. Results remain in the current page’s memory and are discarded when you close or reload it.

No account is required. We do not sell user data. Fonts and the browser check application are served by this site.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage and engagement. It may process general page and check visits, browser/device category, approximate geography and referral information.

Browser exposure results and raw device or browser values are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Browser privacy controls, including Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, may limit analytics.

Advertising

The Google AdSense account declaration used by this site is separate from Google Analytics. Advertising services, if shown, are subject to their own processing and browser controls.

Permissions and devices

We inspect API availability and existing permission states where supported. This version never requests coordinates, camera access or microphone access. It does not record or retain audio, video or location data.

Browser storage

The storage check writes a temporary test key to local storage and session storage and removes it immediately. It does not save your results or preferences. IndexedDB and Cache API availability are inspected without creating a database or cache. Your browser may cache ordinary website files to load the site efficiently.

Normal website requests

Loading a static website still involves network requests. Hosting and network infrastructure may receive normal HTTP metadata such as your IP address, request headers, requested URL and request time, and may keep operational logs under the hosting provider’s policies.

Browser signal values are not added to those requests, URLs or logs by this application. The scan makes no external IP lookup, speed test or other analysis request.

Following a link to another site is subject to that site’s privacy practices. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid including sensitive browser results or personal information you do not want to share.
